Report calling and messaging abuse
Tychron’s role in preventing unwanted calls and messages
Tychron is a communication platform that offers voice and messaging services to customers from a wide range of industries. Tychron is not a telemarketer. While Tychron provides communication services and products, we do not condone the use of our services or products for unwanted communication.
At times, our customers may provide services to telemarketing companies by reusing or reselling our services and products. Tychron has no direct relationship to these companies or the reuse of Tychron’s services and products by these companies to contact consumers.
In order to help consumers avoid unwanted calls from telemarketing companies, the federal Do Not Call registry was created. Telemarketing companies are legally required to abide by the rules of this registry.
Tychron takes all reports and complaints of unwanted calling and messaging seriously. If you have received any unwanted telemarketing messages or calls from a number registered to the Tychron network, please report it to us. We will immediately notify the customer responsible for the complaint and advise them to investigate and remedy the complaint.
In order to investigate the complaint, our customer will need the following information:
- Calling or Messaging Number
- The Number Contacted
- The Date and Time of the Message or Call.

How to protect yourself from scammers
Avoid Unknown Numbers
If you are unsure about the source of a number, it is always best to verify it first before picking up. Let the call go to voicemail, scammers rarely leave messages.
IRS Scams
At no time will the IRS call you to collect tax payments on prepaid cards such as prepaid credits cards or online service cards. The IRS only contacts people through official correspondences sent through the mail.
Prize Scams
Do not give out your financial information to a caller or texter that represents a prize promotion or giveaway. It is against federal law to require a payment for prize collection.
Identity Scams
Sensitive personal or financial information should only be given out to trusted entities. Always verify a number and its source first before giving out private information.
Computer Access Scams
Never give out access to your computer to an unsolicited caller. If you receive an unexpected call from someone who claims to represent a well-known company and asks for access to your computer or other devices, hang up immediately.
